Log into your HYPHEN account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
